CoCo-Pi Project Update (2024-03-27)
Even though I have not posted any recent updates, a significant amount of work has been done on the new CoCo-Pi “installer” based variant. I covered the “installer” based version in my previous post back in January.
I feel as though the installer version is the correct direction to move in. As much as the Raspberry Pi platform was key in kicking off the CoCo-Pi project to begin with, there are many other platforms/architectures that can be suitable homes for CoCo-Pi. The Raspberry Pi platform will always be near and dear to me, but it’s nice to expand this to other systems.
While this installer is still very much a work in progress, it is available for anyone that would like to try it out.

As I’ve mentioned before, there will be issues, bugs, etc.. Please provide feedback if you do use it. I try to check the Discord #coco-pi channel as much as I can. I have not spent much time in Facebook as I’m getting a bit jaded with it.
In the meantime, I will continue to provide updates to the CoCo-Pi 64bit SD card image based release:

This will eventually go away at some point in the future and everything will move the installer based version.
As a reminder, here’s the CoCo Discord server invite:

As always, thank you for your continued interest in the CoCo-Pi project.
