New XRoar-1.0.7 package available for CoCo-Pi

Looks like Ciaran is busy again with frequent updates to XRoar. I believe this latest version, 1.0.7, is more for Windows 11 users in an effort to resolve some SDL issues. Perform an “Update CoCo-Pi from git repo” on the Administration (Utilities) Menu and then install this latest package.
